Return policy Eyecare - Physical Purchase Return Policy At Eyecare, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a return process for items bought in-store. Please review the following return policy carefully: Returns Eligibility:
• You may return items purchased in-store within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of Purchase:
• A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns. Return and Exchange Process:
• Items returned within 7 days can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
• If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please visit any Eyecare store with the item(s) you wish to return along with the proof of purchase.
• Our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Exclusions:
• Certain items, such as customized products, are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
