Returns

We offer a 20-day, no-questions asked, no (0%) restocking fee return policy for all of our eyewear purchased online. 

Subject to availability, exchanges can be made within 20-days.

Follow these steps for a prompt refund:

1. Pack eyewear in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and the contents do not risk being damaged during the shipment process.

2. If possible, include the original packing list/receipt. 

3. Once your return has been received in perfect condition, we will refund you with the price of the eyewear via the original payment method. Refunds normally arrive within 3-7  business days of receipt.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, goods must be in original condition. The 20-day return period begins the day the courier tracking information shows that the package was delivered. 

If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
