How do I know which frame shape suits my face?
Our team will guide you in choosing a frame that complements your face shape, skin tone, and personal style. Try-ons are encouraged!

What are blue light filter lenses? Do I need them?
Blue light lenses reduce eye strain from screens. If you spend hours on digital devices, we highly recommend them.

What’s the difference between single vision and progressive lenses?
Single vision lenses correct for one distance (near or far). Progressive lenses correct for near, intermediate, and far distances in one lens without visible lines.

Can I bring my own frame and just buy the lenses?
Yes, we can fit new lenses into your own frame, as long as it’s in good condition and compatible with your prescription.

How long does it take to get my glasses after ordering?
It usually takes 3–7 working days. Some basic prescriptions may be ready sooner.

What are anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings?
Anti-reflective coating reduces glare, especially helpful for night driving or screens. Anti-scratch adds durability and extends the life of your lenses.

Are your frames covered under warranty?
Yes. Most of our frames come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
